Billboard is expanding its digital billboard empire with the acquisition of billboard companies Eilishes and Eilman.

Billboard will now own and operate over 100 billboard companies in over 40 countries.

Billboard also will have the exclusive right to license billboard imagery to other brands.

Billboard is an independent digital advertising and marketing company founded in 2014 by Billie Erish and Ben Eiliss.

Billboard has been the top-selling billboard company in the United States since 2014, ranking #1 in 2016 and 2017, and has been recognized for its innovative, creative, and powerful brands.

The company will remain headquartered in New York City.

Billboard CEO Eilished Eilstein said in a statement, “We are excited to join forces with Billboard and the companies we’ve already built over the past decade.

We believe our new relationships will help us grow our brands and increase visibility across the globe, while also creating an unprecedented level of value for advertisers.”

Billboard has previously partnered with advertising agency DWA, DWA Media, and DWA International.

Billboard’s digital billboard brands include the Billboard Digital Ad and Billboard Digital Advertising, which include billboards for the Disney Channel, ABC Family, ESPN, Fox, Hulu, Nickelodeon, and NBCUniversal.

Billboard launched its digital billboards in 2019 and has had significant success, with billboards growing by more than 40% from 2015 to 2020.

The new deal brings Billboard’s billboard brands, as well as its ad networks, into the digital advertising space.

Billboard said the acquisition includes over 50 ad networks that have partnered with Billboard.

Billboard brands include: Disney, ABC, ESPN; Disney Family; ESPN, Nickel; ESPN/Disney; Disney Junior; Disney Parks and resorts; Disney-owned ESPN stations; and ESPN and Disney channels.

Billboard Brands, Inc. was founded in 1997.
