A billboard in New York City that portrays a young baby crying and asking “Are you going to make me a real mom?” has been making the rounds of social media this week.

The billboard is a viral hit, with the billboard being shared over 1.6 million times on Twitter and Facebook.

But the baby’s cry and the fact that she doesn’t appear to have a face, voice, or eyes is all based on the original billboard, according to the New York Post.

“Lil Baby,” a marketing agency for The Daily Meal, recently released a video on its website about the billboard’s creation and its effect on social media.

“We took our brand of viral marketing to a whole new level,” The Daily Mavens Facebook page stated.

“The Lil Baby sign is an amazing billboard, and we have a lot of fun making it happen.”

According to The Daily Mail, the billboard has been viewed over 1 million times and garnered more than 400,000 comments.

In addition to sharing the viral hit with their fans, The Daily News says that the billboard team plans to make more Lil Baby billboards throughout the country.

The DailyMavens billboard has now reached its goal of $150,000, with $10,000 still available to raise.

“A billboard in our city would be awesome, but we need to raise $50,000 to make it happen,” TheDailyMaven said in a statement.

“Our billboard is about bringing attention to our message and giving our fans the chance to say hello to the adorable little lil baby.”
