This is the first official poster for the new Lincoln project, which is to take the form of a massive billboard.
It will be unveiled on Monday, April 15.
The billboard will be constructed by the Lincoln Project in partnership with Battersea Power Station.
It is due to be unveiled in central London at 6.03pm.
It features some of the most popular music from the 50s, 60s and 70s and is expected to attract millions of people.
The project will be funded by the government through the European Investment Bank (EIB), a lending institution. “
We have always wanted to do something big and bold and this is just the latest in a long line of Lincoln project projects.”
The project will be funded by the government through the European Investment Bank (EIB), a lending institution.
It also aims to raise around £1bn from private investment, with the bulk of the money coming from the EIB.
The posters will feature the likes of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and Neil Young among others.
They are expected to take place throughout London, the north-west and the south-east.
The EIB has been tasked with helping to finance the project.
